The median engineer here has 8+ years in production. Code review is by people who have shipped the thing you are building.

Gulf clients, sane hours
Our working day overlaps Gulf business hours almost completely. Client overlap happens inside a normal working day; we do not sell your nights to another continent.

No bench theater
Between engagements you work on internal tooling and open work, paid the same. We do not park people unpaid and call it flexibility.

We hire against signed work, not against a forecast. When a pod forms, the roles appear here first.
