We started Veltcode because outsourcing was optimised for the sales call, not the codebase. So: small senior pods, a named tech lead, and pricing you can see before you talk to anyone.
How we work

We are a distributed studio, so we built the delivery around it instead of apologising for it. The work stays visible and the people who write the code are the people you talk to.
Standups with the engineers
The people in your daily standup are the ones writing the code, not a layer of account managers relaying it.
An agreed overlap window
We set a daily overlap with your team at kickoff — five hours of overlap with CET, so questions are answered inside your working day.
Async-first by default
Written updates and a shared risk register keep progress legible between calls, in whatever time zone you read them.

Pods are led by engineers with 8+ years. Juniors are never staffed alone.
