Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which we engage with prospective and active clients. A specific project is always governed by the signed statement of work or contract for that engagement, which takes precedence over this page.

Using this site

The content on this site is provided for general information. Estimates generated by the estimator are indicative and are confirmed in writing by an engineer before any commitment.

Enquiries and estimates

Submitting a brief or an estimate request does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a statement of work. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Intellectual property

Work we deliver under a signed engagement is work-for-hire: you own the resulting code, IP and accounts from week one, on the terms set out in that engagement. The content and branding of this website remain ours.

Fees and invoicing

Fees, currency and the invoicing schedule are defined in each statement of work, either fixed-price per phase or monthly per pod.

Warranties and liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the governing engagement contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
